Photography and it's existence in modern day life is a huge component in how we live, assimilate and view the world. The way we look at Photography and it's narrative - is of course- subjective. However, how we construct, inform and arrange our vision- thru imagery- is imperative to how we as human beings- communicate and ultimately leave a visual imprint in this world's history.
Workshops, are when I meet with a group of people as a collective, to explore their vision, curiosities, concerns, stories and goals with regard to constructing a visual narrative for their own photography. As a Photography Director for the last 15 years, I am able to share many aspects of my career, my vision, how I look at the world of photography, what informs my vision, as well as what draws me into a photographer's work and world- and what ultimately keeps me there.
In addition to Workshops, I also conduct concentrated one on one sessions, which focus on how to sequence and structure a group of photos, project or website into a thoughtful cohesive collection that makes visual sense to those who receive it- primarily other Photography Editors and Art Directors. Photography editing is a fundamental and crucial part of making selections and sequences for your websites, blogs, instagram and client slideshows. I would like to show you how to take a step back and find the voice you need within the visual world you have created.
